The 11th Hugwang Academic Award Winner Naoki Mizuno, emeritus professor of Kyoto University delivered a special lecture with the title of "Historiography of Human Rights" at Chonnam National University on June 27, 2018. CNU establihsed the award for scholary achievement to honor scholars who contributed to the realization of democracy, peace and humna rights all over the world and to inherit the spirit of Kimg Dae-jung, former president of South Korea.
