The Student Representative Meeting for the first half of 2019 was finally cancelled in the middle of the meeting due to a lack of quorum on March 6 at the Audiovisual Room of Yongbong Cultural Center. The General Student Council Central Operation Committee (GSCCOC) hosted the meeting but it did not go as smoothly as it should have done since many participant representatives from each college left in the middle of the meeting, resulting in a lack of quorum. The committee were to discuss 10 agendas in total, but only one about settlement accounts was passed, leaving nine agendas to be discussed further. Agendas related to electing the future president of the GSCCOC, and choosing the date of the 2019 GSC reelection have not been discussed yet. Hwang Beop-ryang (Senior, Faculty of Economics), the chairperson of the GSCCOC, said, “The rest of the agendas will be discussed in the next meeting which will be held by the Expanded Operation Committee consisting of each department’s presidents. The date of the GSC re-election will also be scheduled at the meeting.”
