International Student Identity Cards can be issued online. Upon completion and academic approval of your application, a text message will be sent to the registered phone number to confirm. In the case of a new issuance, an issuance fee of 17,000 won for one year of validity and 31,000 won for two years is incurred. Current students will incur an issuance fee of 14,000 won for one year of validity and 28,000 won for two years when issuing an extension of the validity period.
